- 1 cup frozen fruit(s) –apples, mango, melon, berries, peaches, grapes, oranges, pears, kiwi, pineapple, cherries, grapefruit
- 1 ripe banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup veggies or greens –kale, spinach, carrots, avocado, beets, chard
- 1/2 cup liquid -coconut water, 100% juice, milk (or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons protein -chia seeds, flax seeds, nut butters, greek yogurt, tofu, cottage cheese, oats
For topping: sliced fruit, cinnamon, honey, agave nectar, chia seeds, flax seeds, nuts, chocolate chips, coconut, granola, dried fruit
- Puree all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
